“My daughter had impacted ear wax that needed to be cleared so I made an appointment here. It was a breeze making the appointment. When I got there check in was easy and the receptionist was kind. The nurses were very nice and so was Dr. Karempelis. He explained everything well and had a very gentle approach with my 16 month old. He did a wonderful job cleaning out her ears.”
“We love Dr. Wasylik. She treats both of our kids like her own and is honest and caring. I fully trust her with my kids. She is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. My son has had multiple sets of tubes (due to cleft) and my daughter has had her tongue and lip tie corrected. The office is clean and the staff is caring. We have been coming to this office for about 10 years. The surgery center is clean and the entire staff is so sweet and patient. I recommend this office to everyone!”
“Absolutely amazing experience!! It was my oldest sons first time with any type of procedure requiring anesthesia and I was so nervous but everyone I spoke to was very helpful and understanding even the one call after hours. He had his tonsils and adenoids out the recovery was one of the hardest things I’ve been through trying to help him feel better and the staff were so helpful. They reassured me things he was going through were normal and gave tips for things that could help. I 100% would recommend this place and Dr. Andrews was amazing he explained everything that was going to happen and helped my baby breathe again. Thank you so much to the Dr and whole staff. “We have healthier & happier kids thanks to Pediatric ENT! My daughter has seen Dr. Wasylik for 5 years now. She had ear tubes when she was one and most recently had thyroglossal duct cyst surgery. Both procedures went amazing well and now 6-months post surgery the throat incision is barely noticeable. My son had ear tubes before he turned a year old and went from constant ear infections to a healthy dude. My husband and I joke that Dr. Wasylik is our family surgeon. She has taken such good care of our kids and we really are thankful that she has improved the quality of their lives as well.”
“Dr. Andrews and his staff at the Odessa location were so amazing and helpful! My daughter had her adenoids taken out. The office was very clean from the from to back. The front office staff was nice and organized. We never had a long wait. After Dr. Andrews was done with the surgery, he came to find me in the waiting room and told me my daughter was doing good, what he saw, and what to expect during recovery. My daughter was at ease from start to finish. I would certainly recommend Dr. Adnrews and his team!! Thank you all!!””
“I can’t say enough good things about this office and Dr. Wasylik. Every person I have dealt with and talked to has been so nice and understanding, and it has really made this whole situation with my toddler easier. After months of seeing different doctors and different things being tried & not really knowing what was going on with my son, Dr. Wasylik immediately knew what it was & how we should treat it. She has been so knowledgeable and informative every step of the way. I walked out of her office feeling so relieved like a huge burden had been lifted off of me. My child ended up having more issues after being seen, and they didn’t hesitate to take my call on the weekend. They got im in the next day for a procedure to be done. We still have some recovery time & monitoring over the next few weeks but i really trust this doctor & feel like she has my child’s bet interest in mind & that means the world to me. I can’t say enough good things about this place. It’s been a God send to me after months of not knowing what was going on with my child. I thank God every day for leading me to call here!!”
